Hi, I’m Thomas. Service Design, Journey Orchestration and Management, Organizational Design, AI Transformation, Strategy, L&D, and Change Management are all parts of the same system for transformation. Service Design identifies human and business needs and reimagines experiences and how they might be automated with AI. Strategy ensures our design and choices align with business goals. And Organizational Design provides the structures and roles to make change real. L&D then equips people with the skills to operate in new ways. Change Management builds the conditions for Journey and AI adoption by addressing resistance and securing buy-in.
These disciplines create coherence between intent (strategy), experience (service design), and the operating model (organizational design).
